Dynamic Clinical Systems (DCS) was launched to advance an innovative vision originating at Dartmouth-Hitchcock: to create patient-centered, interdisciplinary practices of care supported by automated, self-reported patient and clinician survey data. Today, DCS offers an integrated, highly secure, Web-based patient-clinician survey system that achieves this vision and much more. By making self-reported patient survey data and evidence-based protocols accessible at the point of need, DCS empowers clinicians, patients, and other healthcare stakeholders to share in patient care decision-making, improve outcomes in a cost-effective manner, and enhance research and quality initiatives. Our continued collaborative relationship with Dartmouth-Hitchcock allows us to:
Our core Integrated Survey System
(ISS) is being used at the Spine

survey data along with clinical observations for all qualified patients.
To date, the Spine Center has achieved 98% patient compliance and 95%
clinician compliance in collecting over 30,000 surveys for more than 15,000
spine patients, all currently hosted on the ISS. |
